Board of trustees
Under the provisions of the Trust Deed of the Project Encephalon Foundation, the activities, and affairs of the Project Encephalon Foundation and henceforth Project Encephalon shall be conducted by and all powers shall be exercised by or under the direction of the Board of Trustees as mentioned in the constitution of Project Encephalon.

Questions concerning the Board of Trustees, the Trust Deed, or the legal status should be directed to the Secretary of the Board, Mr. Amartya Pradhan. All financial queries shall be directed to the Treasurer of Project Encephalon Foundation.

A brief history of Project Encephalon Foundation.
On 24 June 2020, Project Encephalon (PE) was started by Mr. Pranjal Garg. Later other members of the Executive Board joined Project Encephalon in different capacities. Along with these eight other members, our founder established the Project Encephalon Foundation (PEF) Trust in Dehradun, Uttrakhand, India on 17 April 2021. The Executive Board members then joined as the Trustees. On 8 July 2021, the Executive Board of Project Encephalon adopted the amendment that allowed PEF to become the parent organization of PE.
